John Milner has been a member of the Brunini, Grantham, Grower & Hewes law firm since 1978. John has been a registered lobbyist in Mississippi for over 25 years, representing private business and industrial clients regarding bills being considered by the Mississippi Legislature, as well as regulatory issues being considered by Mississippi administrative agencies. Simultaneously with his government relations practice, he is an environmental law specialist, having been recognized by Woodward/White as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the fields of Environmental Law and Litigation-Environmental in Mississippi. He is a Past Chair of the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy and Resources. He has received the highest ranking by Chambers & Partners and is counsel for the Mississippi Manufacturers Association, the Mississippi Poultry Association and the Mississippi Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Stores Association. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Mississippi Chapter of The Nature Conservancy.
